HE SAID, SHE SAID

Everybody has unconscious beliefs that were installed in our mind. This beliefs are most of the time are not accurate, however we still hold it, not until the time comes that we are being challenge to prove how true it is and then we began to realize in the hard way that this belief(s) just waist the space capacity in our brain because it is not matching the reality.

Most of our beliefs are from the comments of other people maybe it’s your parents, friends, colleague or strangers. We don’t want to generalize that what they said are all wrong because that’s too rude and unfair. However it is also not wise to just accept what other people told to you because we cannot disregard the fact that they might be also wrong too.

So it is our responsibility before accepting some information as part of our Global beliefs we must take effort to do some background checking and/or confirmation.

So when we are questioned to our beliefs instead of saying “Because he said or she said” we can give very clear Facts and Figures to support our beliefs.

If in the first place we found that the information that been thought to us is inaccurate or flat-out WRONG we must dump that ASAP in order to open a space to our brain for new genuine and effective belief(s)

Confirm wisely
